  • Must own truck and trailer.

  • Must be at least 25 years old

  • Must have at least 1 year experience as an Owner Operator

  • Must have 3 years experience of driving over the road

  • Must have 1 year experience with operation of a refrigerated unit (within the last three years)

  • Must have a VALID Class A CDL

  • Must have a current DOT physical

  • Must have a good MVR

    • No DWI violations in the last 3 years

    • No reckless driving

    • No chargeable accident within 12 months or no chargeable accidents resulting in a fatality or in excess of $25,000.00.

    • Not more than 2 speeding tickets in the last year

  • No felony convictions or felony wants or warrants within the last 5 years

  • Must be able to pass a road test

  • Must be neat and clean

  • Must agree to and be able to pass a drug screen done through urine analysis
